Over the last ten years, I've focused my career on understanding business objectives, gathering requirements, and building effective collaborations with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

My expertise has benefited a variety of cross-functional teams, including Development & Engineering, Data, IT, Security, UX, Content, Sales, Product, and Marketing.

I'm a dog dad, I help the citizens of Ottawa find the best wing deals, run a little t-shirt-selling side hustle, and I also answer to "Craig". I’m a transit-nerd, AV geek, and a mid-tier foodie.

Senior Tech Project Manager at Instacart

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, I oversee the GTM program for loyalty at Instacart. I partner directly with major retailers and their teams to integrate their branded loyalty programs with Instacart’s various platforms. Through a suite of industry-first solutions, Instacart is actively shaping the future of grocery.

PENN Interactive is the company behind such brands as theScore, ESPN Bet, and a long list of other digital (and physical) properties.

A highlight? Supporting the launch of ESPN Bet across 17 US states. Humble brag - we were the #1 app on the iOS App Store at launch.

Senior Technical Program/Project Manager at Shopify

At Shopify, I drove a variety of projects and programs, mainly in the B2B revenue tech and Customer Experience R&D space. From creating or building on internal tools to implementing enterprise SaaS like Salesforce and Twilio (…and quite literally everything in between 😅), I covered it all. Programs ranged from navigating 30+ team members through discovery to execution over several months to short, 2-week, small team projects.
